For more than 25 years, we have supplied precision mechanics to the most demanding industries and clients: from prototype, through small and medium series, to serial component production and assembly of a complete device. In addition, we use extensive quality control systems, including:

  • Our 2 independent quality laboratories equipped with 6 CMMs and 3 digital optical machines and an extensive array of instruments and measuring tools from top-notch manufacturers.
  • Statistical process control (SPC) built into production processes.
  • Advanced tracking that allows us to follow the path of each part in detail. From the lot number of the material batch with smelting certificates, through the work and machining stations, the machining and measuring methods and tools, the people involved at each stage – all the way to the finished product.
  • Detailed quality documentation, including first article inspection, calibration and process capability control.

Over the years of working with hundreds of customers, we have developed rigorous quality control procedures and internal know-how for 15+ industries (including aerospace, measurements and semiconductors, among others).

In our daily work we are supported by an integrated quality management system based on ISO 9001 and AS 9100, decision support systems, detailed process and manufacturing documentation, as well as stringent inspection and testing controls – tailored to customer requirements and industry specifics.

All this allows us to develop and implement complex and demanding projects timely and efficiently and manufacture parts in accordance with applicable standards, intended use and specifications of our customers.

GGG is a contract manufacturing company with strong engineering background. We have a project-oriented organizational structure, hence we select a dedicated team of experts for each project individually depending on the requirements of the client, the industry and the technology. We diligently select specialists for the project based on their domain knowledge, competence and experience.

In close cooperation with our customers, we work to implement optimal solutions in: production, quality, testing and logistics.

We offer engineering, technology and manufacturing consulting. We support new product development (NPD), design optimization, design for manufacturing (DFM), and R&D processes.

Automation and Robotics

We care about efficiency, precision and repeatability of production

We are actively investigating, testing and adapting the state-of-the-art solutions and heavily investing in lean initiatives, digital transformation and Industry 4.0.

Our machining processes are supported by CAD/CAM systems. Meanwhile, in logistics, production and scheduling, we use the capabilities of ERP, MRP, MES or APS solutions.

We take advantage of the capabilities of collaborative robots (so-called cobots), which are equipped with advanced vision systems, modern electric grippers and other innovative accessories. 

All the above, allow us to automate repetitive activities, ensure stability, and increase the efficiency of our operations.
